Minerva Industries, Inc. Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Apple, Inc. and Atlantic RT, Inc.

Minerva Industries, Inc. (" Minerva") today announced that it has filed a new patent infringement lawsuit in the  Eastern District of Texas against Apple, Inc. and satellite phone company Atlantic RT, Inc. The lawsuit alleges that Apple's iphone infringes Minerva's recently issued United States Patent No. 7,321,783 ( the "783 patent" ) entitled " Mobile Entertainment and Communication Device"  The ' 783 Patent boasts 125 claims, which were published as United States Patent publication No. 20060229114 on October 12, 2006.
