The USPTO issues Minerva Industries, Inc. an allowance on its fourth cellular phone U.S patent

March 7, 2007

 
Minvera Industries, Inc. received notice on March 7, 2007 that the USPTO will officially issue a new patent within the next two months.  This will be Minerva Industries' fourth cellular phone patent and the most significant one to date.
 
This particular patent covers the widest range of claims and will likely have an immediate impact within the cellular phone industry. Since these claims for this patent were published in 2006, royalties may be owned (with interest) from its original date of publication.
