USPTO issued patent number # 7,062,300 for Minerva Industries Inc.'s vehicle dashboard cellular phone charger/holder.

"Mounting a cell phone on the vehicle dashboard with minimal wiring will improve vehicle aesthetics as well as security and safety of the driver." said John Kim, president of Minerva Industries Inc. "Thus far, 128 claims have been approved for pending continuing application of 10/719,363 and we anticipate 3 additional patent approvals soon."

The dashboard cell phone charger patent was originally filed on November 9, 2000.
