YSK Entertainment Company agrees to license MP3 player technology

On July 30,2004, Minerva and YSK signed a license agreement to feature the MP3 player portion with memory card. YSK Entertainment Company produces music, video, and MP3 related products to entertainment and cell phone industries. The license is expected to generate $15 milllion revenue in annual license fees for 2005.
