Minerva Industries, Inc. Announces Patent Approval

The U.S. PTO Patent Approval

November 1st, 2003 -- We are proud to announce that the U.S. Patent Office, on August 23, 2003, has approved 35 continuing claims of U.S. Patent Number #6,278,884 (Apr 1997), and CIP claims of Serial number #09531356 (Mar. 2000). It now covers broader claims which provides a stronger position. Furthermore, we filed another continuation application along with an additional 22 new claims that will cover the entire cell phone features. The PTO will issue a new patent number on or before December 30th, 2003 to Minerva Industries, Inc.
