100% Annual Bonus Plan

Minerva Industries, Inc's Board of Directors announced a 100% annual bonus plan for the stock holders of record as of close of business on Oct 11, 2006 to be paid as follows;


First bonus year 100% of invested amount Oct 12, 2007
Second bonus year 100% of  invested amount Oct 12, 2008
Third year bonus or dividend will be announced on or around Apr 30, 2009
