139 Continuing Claims Filed
Minerva Makes Patent History

Minerva Industries filed an unprecedented 139 continuing claims on patent # 6278884 and # 6681120 filed in March 1997.

All new cell phones currently in the market (with or without camera) feature at least 10 or more features included in the above mentioned patents. Entertainment features such as video games, MP3 and MPEG4 player, FM radio, and camcorder features are particularly significant in the filed claims.

Minerva Industries anticipates that cell phone manufacturers will seek license agreements without patent litigation.
